COLONY — Crest Middle School’s boys rolled to a 44-14 win over Pleasanton in A-team action Tuesday.
The Lancers led 19-10 at halftime and used a 20-2 run in the third quarter to distance themselves from the Blu-Jays. Crest held a 5-2 scoring edge in the fourth.
Hunter Frazell fired in 15 points for Crest followed by Evan Godderz with eight points and Kellen Ramsey with seven. Brandon Brallier scored six points.
Garrett Sipe added four points. Scoring two points each were Colton Strickler and Adam Montague.
The CMS A-team puts its 8-1 mark on the line tonight when Crest hosts Marmaton Valley.
The Lancer B-team improved to 4-5 Monday with a 26-15 win over Pleasanton.
Jake Pinney led the way with 13 points. Nate Berry chipped in six and Dylan Young had five points. Oscar Madrid scored two.
