HUMBOLDT — Crest High’s Lady Lancers netted two wins in their run in Saturday’s Humboldt High Invitational volleyball tournament.
Crest beat Pleasanton 25-21, 25-23 led by Katrina Strickler and Kurston Gilliland from the service line.
The Lady Lancers defeated Altoona-Midway 16-25, 25-18, 25-14. Gilliland and Ashley Carr served the most points and Gilliland and Chelsey Brooks had the most attack attempts at the net.
Crest dropped a 25-9, 2-15 decision to Southeast-Cherokee. Humboldt beat Crest 25-21, 25-12.
Nikia Stewart and Chelsey Brooks served the most points in the two matches. Gilliland and Stewart had the most attacks.
